This beach side house has it all! 4 bedrooms each with their own private bathroom, Large open dining area that seats 14, Large living room with 60 inch TV, Pool table with Ping Pong table topper for rainy days, and large freeform heated pool with a detached commercial sized heated 8 foot wide hot tub for nights of relaxation. Best of all, the entire home is single story villa, so there are no stairs! This is a private, Enormous home built on a large half acre double lot that is a rare find only 800 feet from the beach! Home boasts 10 ft high ceilings, solid travertine flooring throughout, granite countertops in kitchen and bathrooms, and stainless steel appliances. There are two propane grills for your outdoor entertaining. Pool area boasts a large 6 foot dining area with additional 6 seating FIRE PIT table!! 4 Lounge chairs, and additional cushioned seating outside to seat everyone in the family. Homesite was chosen for its close location to the beach entrance, as well as the fact it is located on a very low traffic residential street and is situated East of heavily traveled A1A. Visitors do not have any busy roads to cross when walking or taking the provided 6 passenger 2024 golf cart a short block to the beach! Beach access is visible from your front door! Do you like to work out when on vacation??? NO PROBLEM!!! The New Multigenerational facility directly across the street offers daily fitness passes and a water splash park! A brand new playground is also located directly across the street. This is an unbelievably convenient location to satisfy the needs of every member in your family.
In addition, all of the 4 bedrooms have direct access to the private heated pool and hot tub using their own sliding glass door. 3 large bedroom suites are equipped with two queen beds, and one large bedroom is equipped with a King bed. With 6 Queen beds and one King bed, home sleeps 14 privately and comfortably! Each bed has four pillows for your sleeping comfort. There is an additional pull out ottoman in the living room to accommodate one additional guest for a total of 15! All bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Wifi and Cable TV are included.
Large leather sectional and leather recliner with ottoman surround the large 60 inch flat screen TV. Dining room seats a total of 14. Dining room table seats 10, with seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Enjoy the Keurig Coffee bar with a variety of coffee and tea selections for you and your guests to enjoy. Play inside on rainy days on the 8ft hand carved cherry wood Olhausen pool table that converts to ping pong with its topper!
Relax in the large tropical pool that is heated during the winter months at no extra charge! Behind the pool sits a large, hotel size, 8 ft heated jacuzzi tub! You can actually view rocket launches while in the HOT TUB!!!!!
Your beach home has everything you will need for a wonderful week's stay! You will be spoiled the moment you arrive Your welcome basket will include a variety of coffee, cereal, snacks, bread and the refrigerator will have fresh milk and orange juice. All linens, bath towels, shampoo, soaps, and laundry detergent are provided. Bring your beach clothes, flip flops and toothbrush and RELAX!
Beach towels, beach chairs, boogie boards, surf board, beach cart and beach umbrellas are included in your stay! A folding crib, pack n play and dining booster chair and two strollers are provided for the little ones.
